The counselling that we will do together will help you to identify changes you want to make in your life and offer you support to make these at a pace that feels right for you. We will also explore the hopes you have for your future and together look at what might be standing in the way of putting these hopes into practice.
It is important to me that the counselling conversations we are having are helpful and supportive for you and we will identify some goals for our counselling work together during our first session. We will review our work together regularly, as these goals may change along the way.
