How I can help

There are many reasons why a person might want to attend counselling.

I specialise in working with those struggling with disordered eating and eating issues. This includes dieting, concerns about body image, weight and body worries, distress or worry about weight loss or weight gain, disordered eating behaviours and thoughts, and those wanting to make changes in the way they think about food. I also offer counselling and support for those who are engaged in sport at any level and wanting to address difficulties and/or worries around fuelling their body. In addition to this, I offer support and counselling for those who are supporting or caring for a loved one who is living with an eating disorder.

I also specialise in working with adolescents and students in tertiary study and with those of all ages struggling with LGBTIAQ+ issues.
